As a supplier of efficient planning and dispatching solutions, INIT Mobility Software Solutions GmbH supports transport companies all over the world in the efficient handling of their operational processes related to planning timetables, blocks and duties as well as the dispatching of drivers and vehicles. Closely linked to this, and therefore part of the integrated solutions, are the processes in the depot. Thus, the product range is completed by a depot management system. A significant competitive advantage is the use of integrated optimization processes. All systems are also configured to meet the special requirements of electric buses.

initplan GmbH and initperdis GmbH, both subsidiaries of init SE, have merged to INIT Mobility Software Solutions GmbH with effect from March 23th, 2021.

INIT Mobility Software Solutions GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of init SE. Its headquarters are located in Karlsruhe, Germany. A subsidiary is located in Hamburg, Germany and a further office is in Brunswick, Germany.
