TransLink

TransLink is Metro Vancouver's regional transportation authority responsible for regional transit and Intelligent Transportation System programs. The agency is a long-term INIT partner recognized the Canadian Urban Transit Association for their outstanding management of transportation during the 2010 Winter Olympics. INIT shared that accolade having received the award for exceptional system performance for the reliable ITS technology used to transport 1.6 million people daily during the Games and beyond.

  • Harris digital radio system, the biggest digital radio based ITCS and fleet management system in North America (data radio and integrated voice radio)
