Revenues and EBIT within the target range

init innovation in traffic systems AG (ISIN DE 0005759807) achieved a new record of EUR 105.3m (2014: EUR 103m) in revenues after a good fourth quarter in fiscal 2015. According to the preliminary figures now available the leading international supplier of integrated ITS, planning, dispatching and ticketing systems for buses and trains generated in the last quarter revenues of EUR 32.1m and operating earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of EUR 4.7m.
Based on an entire year's perspective, the latest forecast from November 2015 for revenues and earnings have been attained.
Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) amounted to EUR 10.8m (updated forecast EUR 10-12m, 2014: EUR 18.7m). In the year-on-year comparison it should be noted that exchange rate volatility - in particular the collapse of the Canadian dollar -, expenses incurred for activities in the Asian market, partially declined profit margins and higher personnel costs impacted the result. Net profit after interest and taxes decreased accordingly to EUR 7.6m (2014: EUR 12.1m).
The Management Board will present the Annual Report for 2015 at the Press and Analyst Conference on 23 March 2016.
