Awarded again: The seal "Top Employer for IT Jobs 2023" for INIT

INIT was again awarded the test seal "Top Employer for IT Jobs 2023" by the technology magazine CHIP in cooperation with GreatJobs.

The basis for this coveted award is the study by data analysis specialist Globis Consulting based on three pillars:

  • Mystery Checks: Applications and inquiries at the companies in order to shed light on the processes in the human resources department
  • Expert analysis of websites: Career areas were examined
  • Employee evaluations: The ratings of employees and applicants of the company on kununu.
  • Only those employers who were convincing in all three areas and could show at least 70% target achievement received the


"CHIP Top Employer for IT Jobs 2023" seal. In total, only 16% of the companies made it, and we are happy to be in the ranking again this year!
