In January 2022, INIT was awarded the title "Top Employer for IT Jobs 2022" by the technology magazine CHIP in cooperation with GreatJobs.
The basis for this popular award is the survey conducted between April 2021 and September 2021 by data analysis specialist Globis Consulting on 2,861 companies.
The analysis of employers was based on three key areas:
1. Recruiting processes: Applications and inquiries were sent to companies in the form of "mystery checks" to shed light on HR processes.
2. Company transparency: The companies' career areas were analyzed by experts.
3. Employee evaluations: Reviews from former and current employees were evaluated.
Only employers which excelled in all three areas and demonstrated at least 70% target achievement received the "CHIP Top Employer for IT Jobs 2022" award. Out of 2,861 companies that were analyzed, only 474 (approx. 17%) were named "TOP Employer for IT Jobs 2022".
We are very pleased and proud to have received this award from CHIP magazine. It gives all interested parties impartial feedback on the company and confirms that IT professionals can expect a highly attractive working environment at INIT.
