What is your name and what is your role at INIT?
My name is Scott and I am a technical consultant and trainer at INIT GmbH. I help customers when they have technical questions and give advice on our new and existing products. I am responsible for training our new and existing customers on the INIT software that they use in their daily business.
"Shaping the Future of Mobility" - What does that mean to you?
“Shaping the future of mobility” is the company ethos/goal, which confirms that I am part of the ever-evolving process of helping our customers, improve the world of public transportation. I like to think that part of my job as a technical consultant helps our customers keep up-to-date on what products we offer in order to reach this dynamic goal. My job as a trainer is to help customers learn how to use our products and to make sure they can implement their knowledge to reach their own goals.
