INITs Health Week

For one week in mid-October, everything at INIT was about health! The aim of health week was to encourage colleagues to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. We had a rich and diversified programme with a total of 16 hands-on activities, 11 online presentations and a special relaxation and cycling day which all brought a healthy change into colleagues’ work routine. It gave them the opportunity to speak with experts about physical activity, relaxation, mental health, nutrition and health diagnostics.

Colleagues could, for example:

  • try out massage chairs for relaxation
  • take part in physical activity and relaxation exercises
  • follow a nutrition course
  • listen to lectures on mental health and mindfulness
  • get tips for healthy sleep
  • find out about various diagnostic measurements
  • take part in a cross skating course

 

Overall, it was a great week, increasing our colleagues' awareness around health!

With valuable feedback from participants, we will expand our existing offers and create an ongoing workplace health programme.
