Best apprentices 2020

Huge congratulations go to Sarah Rill and Aline Münch who both received an award from the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for ranking amongst the best apprentices of 2020! Sarah Rill studied industrial management at init SE and Aline Münch studied office management at initplan GmbH. We are very proud that they chose INIT to help them pursue their professional goals.

There are currently 22 apprentices in various professions at our Karlsruhe headquarters and we are on the lookout for more.

But it’s not just our apprentices who are reaching great heights: for the fourth time INIT was awarded for our excellent performance as a training company, by the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce. This is an accolade that we would like to continue to strive for in the future!
