In 2015, INIT was once again among the prizewinners of the BFamily Award and achieved the third place for its overall offerings regarding child care, health care and working time. Every two years, the association Wirtschaftsjunioren Karlsruhe organizes the competition for the regional companies and rank them according to their family friendliness.
